Our Testimonials

In 2012, I ended up breaking my back and without Timber Land Chiropractic I would not be in as good a shape as I am today.

I suffer from multiple sclerosis and experience frequent periods of intense pain. Dr. Scott and Dr. Wendy have helped me immensely. I highly recommend Timberland Chiropractic. Plus you get greeted by a knowledgeable chiropractic assistant. (Amie)

Brenda A. Bruneau-Krueger

I have had a history of chronic back pain in my lower back and middle back. I’ve gone to a number of chiropractors over the years, I’ve gone to physical therapists, received RFA shots, and medications. For a while, I was starting to believe it was hopeless. The way I am adjusted here at Timber Land puts my back in the right place. The quality of my life is greatly improved and I am able to do things at home that for years I have not been able to do.

Chris Redman

When I first came to chiropractic I was walking with a cane and couldn’t walk more than a quarter mile. After receiving care at Timber Land I was able to stop using a cane and now I can walk at least a mile down the road. I started crying the second time I came in because I was able to walk without a cane.

Should I See a Chiropractor?

For a lot of us, no one is checking our spinal health. So are you just basing it off of how you feel? This is never a good idea. Most of us know someone who felt fine one day and something awful happened next, like a heart attack or a stroke. Health is much more than how you feel; It’s also how you function. Now the tricky thing with function is it that it doesn’t “yell” as loud as pain does, and it can also send confusing messages. So oftentimes, it can be overlooked.

Functional Medicine – Food is Good Medicine

Your body is a self-healing and self-regulating organism. We are our own ecosystem. When an ecosystem is “sick”, we try to determine what is creating the toxicity or “sickness” and remove it so the ecosystem becomes healthy again. The same is true of the human body. Unfortunately, we often don’t treat our body like an ecosystem. Often we mask the symptoms instead of looking to find the cause of our sickness. In this article, I will explore the idea of food as good medicine. Food as a means to heal our body, our ecosystem.
